You may be aware that you are also an energy healer.  Healing yourself helps to restore balance and the flow of energy throughout your body, mind and spirit.     The various techniques used are mostly Reiki, Pranic Healing, Transcendental Meditation, Crystal Healing, Emotional Tapping Techniques, Qiqong, Quantum Healing.  You choose what works best for you.  Above all, importance is your mindset. What are Psychic Attacks? Psychic attacks are more common than people realize. They happen all the time.
