Self-Authenticity & Emotional Awareness

 Self-Authenticity & Emotional Awareness

Once upon a time, there was this little girl who wondered why people would see her as different. She struggled to fit in groups.

On other days, she felt like the girl in the rain—raw, vulnerable, subtly powerful, even when everyone else was only aware of the storm around her. With every drip came the question, "Am I too much, or not enough?"

The soul journey, maybe had just begun, or maybe even before she came on earth.

The lessons were important for her, as she wasn't even aware of karmic lessons at that time. So, she did try to adjust, softened herself while trying to appear strong. She couldn't understand perception matters.

Here's the truth: Not everyone will view us the way we perceive ourselves in life. Since perception is influenced by individual experiences, beliefs, and emotional depth, it will always vary from person to person.  To fit in, many people spend years changing who they are—softening some aspects of themselves, hiding others, or becoming what they think the world can comprehend. This could lead to a developing sense of alienation from one's own surroundings.

Over the years, many breakthroughs and triggers occurred, and eventually she learned to read the room, the environment, energy and the people around her. She began to understand life more deeply while shaping herself into what felt acceptable.  Each time, she learned something deeper, something within her grew quieter - maybe a subtle disconnection from her own truth.

Did discomfort, those emotional triggers, lessons stir something deep within her? Can you relate to such lessons in your life?

Triggers are instances when something external to us elicits a strong emotional response within us, typically unexpectedly and passionately. A statement, a circumstance, a tone of voice, or even a memory that suddenly feels "too much" could be to blame. On the surface, it looks like the other person or the situation is the problem. However, a closer study finds that triggers usually point inward.

Triggers are vital in a soul journey because they reveal not only what hurts, but also what remains unhealed. They highlight where we are still carrying emotional weight from the past, where we are reacting rather than responding, and where we may be unconsciously repeating patterns.

If there were no triggers, we would frequently remain ignorant of these deeper layers. We could continue to operate, achieve, and go forward in life while certain aspects of ourselves remain unnoticed and ignored.

But stimuli disrupt the automatic flow. They generate friction. And, while uncomfortable, the friction is what raises consciousness. It causes us to pause and wonder, "Why did this affect me so deeply?"

That question alone opens the door to introspection.

When we stop viewing triggers as something to avoid and instead regard them as information, something changes. They become mentors, not to punish us, but to help us see ourselves more honestly.

In that sense, they are not setbacks on the spiritual journey. They are part of the trail itself.  Rather, they turned into invitations.

Beneath everything, this was her lesson as well. She had learnt to become, instead of always doing. It was recalling what had always existed.

With each trigger, unhealed portions, old wounds, and quiet expectations she had held for far too long were softly directed inward. She started to pause and listen instead of turning away from them. To comprehend, not to respond. Unresolved parts, old hurts, and subdued aspirations she had harboured for too long were gently drawn inside with each trigger. Instead of averting her gaze, she began to pause and pay attention.

The Transition is important for soul growth .....

A transition in life—whether emotional, personal, professional, or spiritual—is usually a time when something familiar fades, and something new is not yet entirely established. The in-between space can be unnerving, uncomfortable, and even disorienting. And this is precisely when triggers become more active. Transitions automatically eliminate the structures we were accustomed to relying on. Old identities, attachments, and ways of coping begin to slip. When that happens, whatever was suppressed or unprocessed within us comes to the surface. So what appears to be "sudden emotional reactions" during a transition is frequently not new—it is simply becoming more obvious.

So, this was indeed important for her as well. Because the main role was to return to herself.

The lessons:  The lessons weren’t always gentle. But they were honest.  And in that honesty, she discovered a new kind of peace—not one that depends on being understood, but one that stems from understanding herself. Expressing her true feelings would cause people to distance themselves from her.

This is a hardcore truth: Being genuine/authentic wasn't an audacious claim. This will arrive in subtle options. People will meet us only at the level they have met themselves.  Remember, their perception does not define our reality.

Our book: Unleashing the magic of deeper relationships

In relationships, triggers are frequently the point at which "connection" becomes real. Not just the surface-level connection that people need when things are going well—but the deeper kind that discloses emotional patterns, attachment wounds, expectations, and unmet needs.

In this sense, triggers become the basic material for connection. They demonstrate the type of love we believe we deserve, how we react under emotional stress, and whether we forsake or remain present with ourselves in difficult times.

And transitions in relationships—breakups, distance, greater intimacy, even redefining boundaries—frequently stimulate those emotions. That is when people either repeat previous routines or develop a more mindful manner of interacting.

What are your major breakthroughs in life?  What changes do you want to see in your life?

How can I help you in your emotional phase or to help you raise your vibration?

The Feminist - The Archetype

 The Feminist - The Archetype!

A feminist is a person who advocates for social, political, and economic equality between the sexes.
To put it simply, a feminist believes that everyone should have equal rights and opportunities, regardless of gender. Nobody should face discrimination due to their gender.
Systems or customs that lead to inequity ought to be questioned and altered.

Women, men, and nonbinary persons can all be feminists; what matters is your beliefs, not who you are.

There are different types of feminism, but they all share the core idea of gender equality.

1. Liberal Feminism
Focus: Equality via opportunities and legislation.
It holds that systems such as education, employment, and legal rights can be fixed to effect change.

For instance:
Equal compensation for the same work for women
Legislation granting women the right to vote, own property, and assume leadership positions
Equal educational opportunities for boys and girls
👉 "Give everyone the same rules and chances" is the central concept.

2. Radical Feminism
Deeply ingrained power structures are the focus of radical feminism.
It contends that significant change is necessary since inequality is ingrained in society, particularly through patriarchy (male-dominated structures).

For instance:
Defying stereotypes such as "women should always be carers"
Challenging power disparities in partnerships or the workplace
Considering problems like gender-based violence as systemic rather than individual incidents
👉 "The system itself needs to change, not just the rules" is the central thesis.

Focus: Various facets of identity.
It asserts that racial, class, religious, disability, and other factors all contribute to gender disparity.

For instance:
The challenges faced by an affluent and an impoverished woman may differ greatly.
Women of colour may experience prejudice based on both their race and gender.
Policies should take into account more than one "type" of woman.
👉 Core idea: “Not all women experience inequality the same way.”

It emphasises qualities that are frequently associated with women as equally valuable, such as empathy, compassion, and intuition.

For instance:
Leadership approaches that put cooperation ahead of control
Appreciating emotional intelligence in the workplace
Promoting respect and good pay for carers (teachers, nurses)
👉 "Feminine qualities are powerful, not inferior" is the central thesis.

5. Ecofeminism
Focus: The relationship between nature and women.
It makes a connection between environmental exploitation and the exploitation of women.

For instance:
Women spearheading campaigns for environmental protection
Promoting eco-friendly lifestyles as a way to achieve justice
Assisting rural women impacted by climate change
👉 "Harming nature and oppressing women come from similar power structures" is the central thesis.

WHAT FEMINISM IS NOT

1. Feminism is not about hating men. Many believe feminism is anti-men, which is not.  It challenges the systems of inequality, not individuals.  We can still appreciate all genders, raise sons and still support equality.

2.  It's not about being better than any other gender. It's never about dominating.  It's about balance and fairness.

3. It's never about copying others. It's a broad movement showing many perspectives while respecting others.

4. Feminism is never against marriage or rejecting femininity.  It's never about blaming everything on MEN or the PAST.

THE DYNAMICS

1. Man pays - Woman receives.   Man initiates - Woman waits

Today's woman influences this idea by bringing equivalent contributions.  It's all about the capacity of sustaining things.  Both share emotional growth by understanding each other. There's no blaming game.

2. Earlier, women weren't able to share much or talk about their boundaries.  It's never about being a feminist in the wrong sense now. Today's dynamics allow all genders to listen and shift from expectation-based to mutual agreement-based.  There's no pressure but understanding.

3. Men are beginning to understand their inner selves. They are working on their shadow selves as well. The need to shift from that toxic masculinity to healthier relationships.  Let's put it this way: Men are unlearning those rigid structures and developing more emotionally healthy relational skills.

  •  From Fake Positivity to being Authentic
  •  It's okay to be vulnerable sometimes
  •  Ability to express uncertainty without losing self-worth
  •  Shift from Dominance to True Leadership
  •  Emotional Soulful Intelligence

4.  Women are now choosing differently.  The move or the shift to focus on the career journey/life purpose. The need to focus on their healing journey. Women are also not expected to choose a partner when they reach a certain age.   On the other hand, men are also changing, allowing them to better understand what they really want in life.

5. Balance is becoming important in any relationship.  They know it's never about who should win.  No one should be on autopilot.  Conversation is important, not avoiding or blaming others.

Money Abundance - The Blocks

 Clear Money Blocks

Wealth creation is a co-creation between your inner world and the physical realm. How aligned are you with the frequency of wealth, abundance and money?

Oftentimes, we are unable to identify those unconscious or hidden blocks that stop us from stepping into that higher frequency, and how to easily dissolve those energetic barriers.

By releasing those subconscious money fears and scarcity patterns, you will be able to better align with the vibration of abundance, joy and opportunity.  This is your moment to activate your embodiment code.

The word wealth originally comes from the Old English word “weal”, meaning well-being or wholeness.  This relates to a state of abundance, wholeness, and sufficiency in every area of life — not just money.

What is money for you?  What does your inner world and outer world feel about money or wealth?  You have probably heard this many times: money flows where energy flows.

That's why energy works are important, and it's recommended to be done frequently.

Wealth can also be categorised into different areas. One of them being 'Financial wealth' which includes: cash flow, savings & assets, financial freedom and opportunities.

Here's one of the main offerings from our Signature Collection (you may check more from the main tab)

We invite you to connect to your next level of abundance — emotionally, spiritually, and financially.

The Soul Journey - The Concept of Twinflame

The Soul Journey - The Concept of Twinflame

The Twin flame journey is often portrayed as intense, confrontational, and deeply transformative.  In spiritual and metaphysical traditions, a twin flame is described as two individuals who originate from the same soul essence. The idea suggests that one soul splits into two expressions, each incarnating as a separate person. Because they come from the same energetic source, their meeting is believed to trigger a profound recognition and an unusually strong emotional and spiritual connection.

Does everyone on Earth have a TF?

How true this is, we don't have any records or data.  Not everyone has a Twinflame relationship.  And, one should not even struggle to look for their Twinflame.  It's a journey.  Unlike most romantic relationships that revolve around companionship and shared experiences, the twin flame connection is often described as serving a deeper purpose. It tends to awaken parts of the self that may have remained dormant for years. When two people meet in this kind of dynamic, hidden wounds, long-standing emotional patterns, personal fears, and unresolved inner struggles often rise to the surface.

Because of this, the relationship can feel less like a conventional partnership and more like a powerful catalyst for inner transformation.

Whether someone views this idea from a spiritual perspective or a psychological one, the underlying theme is similar: the connection functions like a mirror. Through the other person, individuals begin to see aspects of themselves—both the light and the shadow—that they may never have fully recognised before.

Once you understand this well,  you will obviously realise how difficult this path can be.  If you have chosen to be on this path towards ascension, growth and the ultimate, you will be able to go through this 'rite'.  This journey is definitely not for the faint-hearted.  You will undergo the dark night of the soul, go through deeper pain psychologically and soulfully. You realise you have a higher purpose, and you can no longer focus on chasing or running after any relationship.  Often, the initial stage, which can be difficult, indicates self-purification and self-love in the beginning.

That other person shows you the darker sides of yourself and mirrors back everything, where both need to heal and emerge.  You have to understand it's not really about being in a union always.  The idea of the Twinflame isn't always about reconciliation and union. Rather, it could mean both have individual life and soul journey to complete for that soul to emerge into consciousness. You understand that the most central lesson is the realisation that fulfilment cannot come from another person.  You are solely responsible.  You must focus on your soul journey by working on all karmic and ancestral layers.  Sometimes you will feel completely detached and feel the energy of a hermit.  Social roles or activities may not always fascinate you.  You feel like completely letting go and surrendering.  Not everyone will be able to understand what you feel, and you begin to stop explaining yourself as you reach another stage of consciousness.

Another important part is that you will refrain from sexual encounters because you know the purity of this divine energy.  Any energy which is misused or drained will further worsen the union of both souls unless you have to marry someone else and abide by the duties of a husband or wife. Sexual energy with different partners may bind you to their karmic situations. So, you understand how important it is to heal yourself and free yourself from this bondage.

However, there may be situations where people often mention that they realised their soul journey after being in union with someone else.  One must never cheat or refrain from their duties if they are already in a marital union.  Maybe you understood this path after being in union with another soul.  It could be that this type of union was divinely orchestrated by the Divine, or you had some karmic debts to fulfil with them.  This is where you understand the relationship dynamics and contribute to peace and harmony.  It's a lesson for both individuals. more difficult. Each and every soul contract must be completed, which contributes to your personal and soul growth.

But, understand that if you choose to follow your soul journey, the focus should be on how you treat yourself with love.  You have to deal with all unresolved emotions. Because if you try to hurt your twinflame or gossip or say anything bad, your twinflame will do the same, causing the union to delay.  You will encounter lots of emotional triggersThe twinflame dynamics tend to activate deep emotional material—abandonment wounds, insecurity, fear of rejection, or feelings of unworthiness. What might stay dormant in other relationships can become very visible here.

At its heart, the twin flame narrative revolves around growth rather than romance. The lessons associated with it are often less about finding a partner and more about becoming whole as an individual.

Are you one?

The End of an Era

The End of an Era marks the Beginning of a New

Are we all living in strange times where we are questioning so many things? Or everything was already happening before, it's now people are becoming more aware and conscious about what's really happening around us?

Wars... Violence... Abuse of power

For too long, almost every society in different parts of the world has been running on preferential treatment, manipulation, corruption, and misuse of power. We have witnessed how these people have misused their power and positions that were meant to serve their nation. Instead, they have used their power to serve personal ego, personal gain, and hidden agendas. It is said that with greater power comes greater responsibility.  A deeper reflection is that our expectation for ethical leadership has become much higher than in the past.

Even though globally we are witnessing power shifts between big countries, regional rivalries between countries, economic stress and energy issues, information easily being spread and sometimes fake news, this isn't the end of the world.

Will diplomacy and international institutions be able to manage these tensions?

Many spiritual people say that these chaotic periods are times of major transformation and shift, making this transition difficult for almost all of us.

What is your new normal?  How chaotic is this for you? Or, how are you managing your daily routines?

Know that humanity has gone through much darker periods (Dark Night of The Soul many times) before (for example, World War I and World War II), and the world has still been rebuilt afterwards.  Yes, it is true that the world seems like it is ending, or a cosmic battle is happening.

Voice of the people matters ....

Today, at this time or for a few years back, we are seeing shifts in how people think about spirituality outside traditional religion.  This is the time when the voice of the people matters the most.   We are at that junction now where truth is visible, yet many pretend not to see.  People are choosing personal purpose and authenticity.  The old systems are slowly collapsing.  Certain systems and foundations are shaking. They are starting to question systems that once seemed untouchable. They are questioning the leaders, spiritual gurus who used to speak of values but live in contradictions.

Many people have realised their true essence since the latest pandemic.  Pandemics, wars, climate change, and economic pressure have forced people to better strategise their life purpose. Many individuals today are going through deep struggles.  They are learning to break the old cycles and repeated patterns.  Relationships are also breaking that were built on fake foundations - be it personal, professional or societal. They are questioning relationships built on betrayal, dishonesty, and extra-marital illusions disguised as love. What was once tolerated is no longer accepted.

The new Consciousness ...

People are waking up.  Maybe because many astrologers believe humanity is moving from the Age of Pisces into the Age of Aquarius, which is associated with collective intelligence, humanitarian progress, networks and communities, and futuristic ideas. However, even without astrology, technology tends to grow faster, showing years of research.

A new awareness is emerging where people are learning to create healthy boundaries, that a limited inner circle is far better than being in crowds.  It's about integrity, self-respect, and truth. The world may seem chaotic right now, as we question what's next. Will we survive?
But this is not the end of humanity.  Is it?

More Hidden Truths are yet to surface.

Awakening begins when illusion can no longer hide the truth.

Maybe it is the end of an era of unconscious living.  Yet, this is the beginning of something new - an era where people value authenticity over status,  lust over true love and compassion, truth over manipulated truth... People are releasing karmic patterns, closing soul contracts and letting go of old identities.

Have you ever felt like you are standing between two timelines where the old one is dissolving and the new one is not fully formed yet?  This feels like the transition period known as the liminal space.

This is the time when consciousness is recalibrating before the next chapter begins.

Someone rightly quoted: “The end of an era is not destruction; it is consciousness shedding its old skin so a new level of evolution can emerge.”

Nervous System

 Nervous System

What Is the Nervous System?

The nervous system is your body’s communication network.

It:

  • Receives information (from your senses)

  • Processes it (in the brain/spinal cord)

  • Sends instructions back to the body

It controls:

  • Movement

  • Thoughts

  • Emotions

  • Breathing

  • Heartbeat

  • Digestion

  • Stress responses

  • Memory

Every feeling you’ve ever experienced — even during deep meditation — has passed through your nervous system.

🧠 Main Types of Nervous System

There are two major divisions:

  1. Central Nervous System (CNS)

  2. Peripheral Nervous System (PNS)

 Central Nervous System (CNS)

This is the control center.

It includes:

  • Brain

  • Spinal cord

🧠 Brain

The brain:

  • Thinks

  • Interprets emotions

  • Stores memories

  • Makes decisions

  • Regulates hormones

🦴 Spinal Cord

The spinal cord:

  • Sends messages between brain and body

  • Controls reflexes (like pulling your hand away from heat instantly)

Think of CNS as the “main headquarters.”

Peripheral Nervous System (PNS)

This includes all the nerves outside the brain and spinal cord.

It connects the CNS to:

  • Muscles

  • Organs

  • Skin

  • Glands

The PNS has two main parts:

A) Somatic Nervous System (Voluntary)

Controls conscious movements.

Functions:

  • Moving your arms and legs

  • Speaking

  • Writing

  • Turning your head

This is under your control.

Part 2

Autonomic Nervous System (Automatic)

This works automatically — you don’t consciously control it.

It regulates:

  • Heartbeat

  • Breathing

  • Digestion

  • Blood pressure

  • Pupil dilation

The autonomic system has three branches:

1. Sympathetic Nervous System

(Fight or Flight)

Activated during stress or danger.

Effects:

  • Heart rate increases

  • Breathing speeds up

  • Muscles tense

  • Digestion slows

  • Stress hormones (adrenaline, cortisol) rise

This is survival mode.

2. Parasympathetic Nervous System

(Rest and Digest)

Activated during safety and calm.

Effects:

  • Heart rate slows

  • Digestion improves

  • Body relaxes

  • Healing happens

  • Immune system strengthens

This is recovery and healing mode.

3. Enteric Nervous System

(The “Gut Brain”)

Located in the digestive tract.

Functions:

  • Controls digestion

  • Communicates with the brain

  • Influences mood

This is why stress affects your stomach.

Sympathetic vs Parasympathetic – Where They Originate

They actually differ by where their nerve pathways start, not brain side.

Both the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems are part of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS).

They are controlled mainly by deep brain structures — not by the left or right hemisphere.

Why It’s NOT Left Brain vs Right Brain

The sympathetic and parasympathetic systems are parts of the autonomic nervous system (ANS).

They are defined by:

  • Their anatomical pathways

  • Where their nerve fibers originate in the spinal cord and brainstem

  • The neurotransmitters they use

Not by brain hemisphere.

This classification has been standard in medical science for over a century.

Why It Feels Like It Could Be Right vs Left

Here’s where it gets interesting.

Some research suggests:

  • The right hemisphere may be more involved in stress response.

  • The left hemisphere may be more involved in positive affect and regulation.

But:
⚠️ This is about emotional processing bias — not about sympathetic vs parasympathetic wiring.

The autonomic nervous system is controlled mainly by:

These are midline and deep structures — not left or right dominant in that way.

Many holistic teachings blend:

Symbolically, that can be useful.

Biologically, it’s not accurate.

And it’s okay to hold both:

  • Scientific accuracy

  • Symbolic meaning

But they are different frameworks.

Questions to ask your nervous system

12 Main Signs of a Dysregulated Nervous System

  1. Constant anxiety or feeling on edge
  2. Sudden mood swings without a clear reason
  3. Overthinking and racing thoughts
  4. Chronic fatigue or burnout
  5. Difficulty sleeping or staying asleep
  6. Feeling emotionally numb or disconnected
  7. Irritability over small things
  8. Digestive issues or stomach tightness
  9. Shallow breathing or chest tension
  10. Avoidance, procrastination, or freeze response
  11. Hyper-independence (struggling to ask for help)
  12. Feeling unsafe even when everything is “fine”

12 Main Ways to Regulate Your Nervous System

  • Slow, deep breathing to signal safety to your body
  • Grounding yourself in the present moment
  • Gentle movement like walking, stretching, or yoga
  • Spending time in nature and fresh air
  • Reducing overstimulation and digital noise
  • Practising mindfulness or meditation daily
  • Connecting with safe, supportive people
  • Listening to calming music or healing frequencies
  • Journaling your thoughts and emotions
  • Resting without guilt and honouring your energy
  • Self-touch or self-soothing (hand on heart, gentle tapping)
  • Creating daily rituals that bring you peace and stability
  • Your nervous system is not your enemy.
  • It is your inner protector.
  • When you regulate it, your mind becomes clearer, your body heals, and your intuition becomes stronger.

Life Goals and what March is bringing?

The choice you make ...

Hello March

Your power now comes from calm, not intensity

🌱 1. The Month of Inner Maturity & Emotional Authority

March is not about rushing to make decisions, take actions or manifest faster. Following the past few months, it is a wake-up call to stabilise our nervous system and emotional body. Maybe, many of us have been feeling slower in life, more reflective and drawn to solitude. Many have already started to build boundaries.

We are being guided to:
  • Stop reacting impulsively
  • Stay more alert
  • Use more of our discernment
  • Learn how to master our emotional waves
  • Move from trauma-response to conscious choice
  • Build healthier boundaries
  • Stop overgiving and oversharing
  • Keep things low-key

🔥 2. Karmic Closure Before New Cycles“What returns now is coming to leave permanently.”

This month also carries strong energy of:
  • Ending old timelines, repeated patterns and emotions
  • Cutting cords from what no longer serves your higher purpose
  • Closure in many relationships and business alliances
  • Healing ancestral and past-life patterns
  • Reflecting on new goals that are aligned with your soul purpose
  • Also, sudden emotional memories that need attention
  • Facing old fears or unresolved fears
  • Old memories surfacing back
  • Becoming aware of healing karmic money blocks and other patterns

This is not regression. It is completion.

Globally, the energy is not explosive but strategic. Use your own discernment. Wake up and become more aware of hidden agendas. Financial systems are shifting. AI is rapidly taking over. Leadership structures are recalibrating, thereby creating more strategic alliances.

💫 4. Feminine Energy Rising in Leadership (Not gender based)

“True leadership is energetic before it is visible.”

Activation in:
  • Intuition in decision-making
  • Compassion with boundaries
  • Soft power and energetic influence
  • Leave toxic environments
  • Claim authority
  • Start businesses
  • Redefine love and self-worth
“Power is moving from control to collaboration.”

Awareness for many of us to stop worrying about urgency, scarcity and rushing in life. We are moving towards receiving and planning more strategic action.  We are beginning to create more energetic alignment and magnetism.

Self-Authenticity & Emotional Awareness

Self-Authenticity & Emotional Awareness Once upon a time, there was this little girl who wondered why people would see her as different...
